Dreams come true; impossible ones too! And at times things we wouldn’t even dream of dreaming become a reality!
Everyone dreams. We dream at night when we sleep, and through the waking hours too. Daydreaming tends to take us away from the task in hand, but it also helps make us more creative by sometimes suggesting unusual solutions to real issues, arrived at as the brain meanders around. Our daydreaming moments are sometimes the best and most creative part of our day.

Wishes and daydreams often arise from problems we face as the mind tries to imagine smart solutions. We do it all the time. Sitting lazily in a lounge chair, we dream of ways to make the water bottle come to us rather than making the effort of getting it.

Years ago when we tripped over the long wire of corded phones, we dreamt of phones that didn’t need a wire.
And today though we still need to get up to get that bottle, we have gone far beyond cordless to mobile phones, and everything we need is available in the world, and we are watching the same movies and TV shows at the same time as rest of the world! Who knows one day that bottle might walk towards us too?

And what about the things that we never actually even dreamt of…?  Did you ever dream of the computer and internet before you actually saw it? Well, someone somewhere obviously did. Because without a dream and a wish, nothing is.

Someone imagined a solution in their head and then made it come true. Someone had a dream of a completely new thing, of a completely new reality. Every idea is born twice, first in your or someone else’s head, with help of dreaming and visualization, and then it materializes through hard work.

Such resilience and determination  gave birth to a Leading Cybersecurity and Software Consulting start up called the ICT WEB championed by one of our community members Denis.

Time is the only resource you have as a startup. Every other apparent resource is just a factor of how you spend that time.
Denis Bazalirwa is the founder and CEO of the ICT WEB , a startup based in St Paul Minnesota that specializes in affordable IT solutions such as web development, cyber security,SEO,software engineering among others.

The tech entrepreneur holds a masters degree in software Engineering and another Masters degree in Information Technology from the university of St Thomas Minnesota. He is a Computer security Systems Engineer at Infinite Campus and also serves as the Director of Communications and IT for the Ugandan North American Association.

Dreaming of things that you can create and then creating them is one of the reasons why you’re on this planet.You’re here to create, grow, enjoy life and connect.You’re here to create a better future and leave a better place behind. You’re here to dream, not only when you sleep, but also when you’re awake.

If life is just a dream, imagine a world where you don’t judge yourself but only love yourself. Imagine a world where you don’t judge others but care only about deeply connecting with people.

Imagine a world where you have many creative (business) ideas you put to use. Dream of a world where rejection doesn’t affect you at all. Dream of a world where all of your talents are fully developed. Imagine a world where you do what you love, are good at it and make enough money. Dream of being super motivated. Imagine a person who is the complete opposite when you think of your weaknesses.

What is stopping you from going after these things? You are most often the only one stopping yourself.

Life is just a dream, nothing else, so make sure you’re dreaming nice, beautiful, diverse dreams that are also turning into reality. If you don’t like the concept of dreams, imagine life as a simulation where you can freely focus on the things that you wish without any emotional garbage.
